How To Make Your Skin Glowing In One Day

Steaming the face is the best way to thoroughly deep clean your pores. Steaming the face once a week for example is very important to loosen debris that may be embedded into the skin. When steaming the face you widen any clogged pores and soften the skin in order to cleanse more easily the impurities, the traces of makeup, the dust, the sebaceous secretions as well as the dead skin cells.Boil a pan of water with herbs ( for oily skin you can use thyme, peppermint or lemon; for sensitive and dry skin use chamomile or lime; for normal skin can use rosemary or lavender) and steam your face for approximately 10/ 15 minutes.

Useful Beauty Tips:
Drink plenty of water to keep your skin and body hydrated.
Avoid yellow-based makeup products as they can make your skin appear dull.
Exfoliate your skin regularly with a mild exfoliator to remove the dead skin cells.
Experiment with different colors to see what looks great on you.
Look for makeup products and skincare products that offer sun protection (with SPF at least 15).
Choose a liquid foundation and a liquid concealer for a lighter coverage.
Look for light-reflecting makeup products if your skin is clear – free of pimples, blackheads, enlarged pores, whiteheads, spots.
Always remove your makeup in the evening with a gentle makeup remover.
Always apply your makeup to a cleansed, toned and moisturized skin.
Form a habit of cleansing your face every day with appropriate products – cleansers, toners and use face creams containing natural ingredients.
Choose a tinted moisturizer in place of a foundation.
Make sure all your skincare products and makeup products are appropriate for your skin type.

How To Remove And Prevent Whiteheads?

Whiteheads are form of acne and one of the greatest fears of the beauty - a build-up of oils, serum and dead skin that plugs up your pores. Just like the blackheads, the whiteheads can be also seen in both teenagers and adults.Whiteheads can be shortly defined as: tiny, pearly, white raised spots formed in the skin where skin cells clog and close a hair follicle (the reason why they are also called closed comedones ). Many people mistake whiteheads for pimples as they both look alike but there is a difference because whiteheads should be removed very carefully. The exact cause of whiteheads isn’t still known for sure but most of the dermatologists suggest that the whiteheads are caused by the accumulation of hardened sebum (oil) in the pores of the skin. If the skin pore closes up then the bacteria will remain under the skin - it will begin to grow and after a few days a whitehead will be formed.Whiteheads usually occur on different parts of the face, most commonly around the eyes and on the cheeks. Most of the people also get whiteheads on the chest, neck and forehead. Whiteheads are often accompanied with blackheads, pimples and acne.
TIPS ON HOW TO GET RID OF WHITEHEADS AND HOW TO PREVENT WHITEHEADSYou should never try to remove whiteheads alone at home, never! You should know that whiteheads are different from pimples or blackheads. If you try to squeeze the whitehead you may easily break the skin which will result in permanent, reddish scar. The best way to prevent the formation of whiteheads is to follow a strict skin care regimen, as follows:

Perfumes for all Seasons

Choosing what perfume to wear can be complicated and confusing. Your fragrance can say a lot about who you are- whether you are a shy romantic or the life of the party. Some women choose a signature sense and wear it regularly, no matter what the occasion or season of the year. Other women prefer to have an assortment of choices in their perfume collection and they choose a particular scent according to their mood, the occasion or just on a whim. There are no hard and fast rules regarding perfumes, but some fragrances are more suitable to particular occasions than others are.
One way to begin the process of choosing a new perfume is to consider the season of the year. Perfumes react to the environment and will behave differently according to the time of year.

Skin Moles - charm or threat?

A skin mole (melanocytic nevi) is a permanent or acquired dark spot on the skin. Usually it is part of skin pigmentation and appears on part of the body, where melanocytes form cluster formations. Most often moles are a benign growth of the color cells of the skin (melanocytes) and can even add some charm to the appearance of their owners. However, sometimes moles can cause a serious health risk.
Moles naturally appear in the first year of life and are believed to be the result of a disorder in the development of the fetal cells. Women are prone to having more moles appear on their skin throughout the second or third decade of their life due to sunburns or as a result of pregnancy. The skin mole can range in color from light to dark brown, even black. The size and form can also vary. The single skin mole is referred to in medical terms as a nevus. The nevi (the plural for a nevus) can be in singular clusters or spread on the entire torso, arms and legs. The surface of the moles may be flat or raised. Some will sprout a few hairs, which is normal.
Skin Mole types
There are several skin mole types. The most common one is the lentigo, which is most often seen in people with dark skin. It is a dark circular mark with the size of a lentil bean and with a slightly elevated surface. Its color can be yellow-brown or dark brown. Usually it doesn’t sprout any hair.
Another type of skin mole is the cellular. It is a raised hemispherical formation, which is soft to touch with smooth or with a furrow pattern. The color can be the same as the skin, grayish or dark purple. The size can vary from that of a lentil bean to a cherry. This type of mole usually appears on the face and torso.
The blue nevus is a variant of a common mole. It appears mostly on the face in the shape of small lentil-like ganglions, which have a blue color and can be seen through the skin. The blue nevus is composed of melanocytes, the cells which produce the melanin pigment. This nevus gets its name from the distinct clinical appearance because of the pigmented cells within the dermis. It is benign and is usually more of a cosmetic problem.
The charm of the skin mole
Is a mole really a charm for luck, money and happiness - I don’t know - but in all cases a skin mole (especially on the face) can add some charm to the appearance of its owner. The rich and famous women are a living proof: Angelina Jolie has a mole right above her right eyebrow, Beyonce Knowles - next to her left eye, Cindy Crawford - left of her lips, Madonna - under her nostrils, Julia Roberts - under each one of her eyes, Scarlet Johanson - on her right cheek, Kim Cattrall - left below her lips and so on…
When does the skin mole pose a threat?
Skin moles can become a serious health problem if they turn into a malignant formation, known as melanoma. Although an individual’s risk for developing melanoma depends a great deal on their family history and inherited genes, the extreme exposure to ultraviolet (UVA) rays is one of the major contributors to the development of melanoma. The severe sunburns during childhood are the most risky ones.
The uncontrolled growth of the melanocytes leads to the formation of many cancerous cells that divide repeatedly at abnormal rates. They appear on the skin’s surface as dark brown or black flat moles. These should be observed carefully as the basic symptoms they can show are: bleeding, irregular form, change in size or color, itchiness or painfulness. Changes in a skin mole or multiple moles warrant immediate attention by a dermatologist.
Applying sun cream with a high UVA factor every time you expose parts of your body to the sun is strongly recommended as prophylactics.
In extremely rare cases the lentigo can develop as a malignant formation. The signs are enlargements of the mole and black coloration. Small circular marks appear around the mole and the skin becomes inflame. This is why moles should be avoided while shaving and they shouldn’t be scratched, hit or picked at.
Removal of skin moles
If you have a skin mole that meets any of the following criteria - change in size or form, irregular outlines, bleeding, irregular pigmentation or other unusual symptoms - the removal of that mole is mandatory.Of course, you should always consult with a specialist who will determine whether the mole can be removed with a cut or if a more substantial surgical intervention will be needed.
Despite the fact that it is a widespread belief that the removal of skin moles is dangerous, this is not true at all. Their removal, if performed right, makes the skin smoother, cleaner and decreases the risk of irritations.
If a particular skin mole is causing you discomfort or you simply dislike it don’t hesitate to remove it. At the same time, emphasize the beauty marks you like by covering them with an eye pencil to make your individual beauty shine!

Winter SkinCare Tips

During the winter the humidity is very low and as a result the skin may easily become dehydrated. The most important thing you should remember and the best way to keep your skin soft and smooth during the winter months is to keep your whole body hydrated.During the winter your skin may change dramatically but it will normalize itself once the cold months and the low humidity are over. Unfortunately many women don’t know how to take care of their skin during the colder months of the year and the results aren’t very pleasant – their skin becomes drier due to the dehydration, more sensitive, the skin loses its elasticity and the signs of aging become more noticeable.
We offer you a few steps you should follow in order to keep your skin healthy-looking, supple and soft during the winter.
1. Your skin still needs moistureOne big misconception is that the thermal sprays and the hydrating creams are only for the summer. If your skin feels too dry and taut during the winter months it simply means that it needs more moisture. So buy hydrating sprays, moisturizing serums and hydrating masks. Avoid using face soaps or lotions containing alcohol as they can make your skin even drier. Even those women with oily skin should cleanse their skin with a cleansing mils or lotions that are alcohol-free during the winter. If your skin becomes hypersensitive during the colder months of the year choose cleansing products with neutral pH.
2. Change your face cream or moisturizer It’s not true that during the winter your cream or moisturizer have to be heavy and thick. One interesting fact is that during the winter your skin type may change. For example, if your skin is oily it can become normal; the normal skin may become dry and the dry may become hypersensitive, but these changes will last only during the winter months as the humidity, the temperatures change the skin. During the winter the air contains less moisture which can make your skin look dull and dehydrated. Your best choice , no matter your skin type will be a hydrating cream containing vitamins
, essential oils and nourishing ingredients – Aloe Vera, Chamomile extract, honey, Olive Oil.If your skin is oily you can use your usual face cream buy you can add a moisturizing serum or fluid to your skin care routine. If your skin is dry look for a product containing lipids, fatty acids, essential oils, glycerin or wax.If your skin becomes reddish due to the cold you should use specially designed products for sensitive skin against redness and broken capillaries.
3. Moisturize your whole bodyYou should exfoliate your body once a week to remove the dead skin cells and to improve your blood circulation. Moisturize your skin every time after taking a shower. Choose an oilier hydrating body milk or body lotion to hydrate, soften and nourish your skin. If your skin is very dry or sensitive you can use baby oil or a body oil formula to moisturize and nourish your skin deeply. Apply baby oil immediately after the shower, while your skin is still wet to trap the moisture in your skin and apply the oil generously. The winter’s wind is not good for your skin, so make sure your skin is covered – always wear gloves, a hat and a scarf – they will prevent the brutal winter weather from causing excessive dryness.4. Take care of your hands It’s essential to moisturize your hands during the cold winter months, especially before you go out. Choose a hand cream that contains vitamins and other nourishing ingredients. Apply the cream at least twice a day to keep your hands soft and well-moisturized. Feel free to apply a little bit of your hydrating face mask to your hands to nourish and moisturize them in deep.
5. Don’t forget to protect your skin from the sun Using a sunscreen isn’t only for the hot summer months. The winter’s UVA and UVB rays are as harmful as the summer’s. Look for a sunscreen that offers sun protection (SPF 15 or higher) and apply it over your moisturizers or over your face cream to prevent brown spots, redness and skin discolorations. Most of the sun protecting products contain essential oils, cocoa butter, coconut oil, olive oil and Aloe Vera that not only protect the skin from the UV rays but also make the skin smooth and silky.
6. Protect your lips Chapped lips are something very common during the winter months. The skin on your lips is very delicate and sensitive and becomes dehydrated very easily. An oilier lip balm is the best way to prevent chapped and sore lips. Use a lip balm with moisturizing ingredients, Vaseline or petroleum jelly to keep your lips moist and soft. Another way to prevent chapped lips is to exfoliate them with the aid of a mild exfoliator and a toothbrush in order to remove the dead cells. Nowadays there are lip balms that offer sun protection ( with SPF 15 or higher) which are a great choice both for the summer and the winter months. Wax balms are best for preventing dry, chapped lips.

Beautiful Hair - Beautiful Girl

Everyone knows that hair grows about half an inch a month, which means six inches a year, but only a few knows that the hair grows faster in summer and in spring than in winter due to the heat and the extra UV from the sun. Scientist have discovered that it is due to the increasing of the metabolism.
They have also discovered that sitting under a lamp, using hotter water when shampooing or going into a sauna should all help boost growth. If you want your hair to grow faster than usual you should use natural products like coconut oil or olive oil for example. Slather the products on your scalp for about 30 minutes and wrap a towel round your head, then wash the hair with a mild shampoo that suits your hair type/ it will be better if you use a shampoo that contains natural products like aloe, olive, honey or milk/ . Do not forget to use a conditioner at the end. Do this twice a week and you will see the difference ??“ the oil saturates the hair and makes it looks great , beautiful and healthy. Olive oil is ultra moisturising and adds shine to lack-lustre hair and most women know how much it helps the hair to look amazingly.Try this :Mix two eggs with three tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon vodka/ or whiskey/ , smooth it through hair , wrap with a towel, leave for 15 minutes and then rinse throughly.
